Can I choose the exact crystal I’ll receive?

Some of our crystals are one-of-a-kind statement pieces that can be individually chosen, so what you see is exactly what you’ll receive. Others, such as tumbles, palm stones, or clusters, are selected intuitively. In these cases, you can choose the weight or size when available, and we’ll hand-pick a piece that best matches your selection.

How do I care for my crystals?

Crystals benefit from gentle care to keep their energy bright. Most can be cleansed with smoke, sound, moonlight, or a simple intention. Some stones are sensitive to water or sunlight, so it’s best to check their care instructions before cleansing that way. When not in use, keep your crystals in a safe space such as an altar, a pouch, or anywhere they feel at home. Treat them with respect, and they’ll continue to support you.

Why do two crystals of the same type look different?

No two crystals are ever exactly the same. Variations in colour, pattern, size, and shape are natural and part of their beauty. Some crystals are listed individually, while others are intuitively selected. Each crystal is one of a kind, and these differences are a true sign of authenticity.

Are your crystals natural or lab-made?

We carry only natural crystals. None of the pieces in our collection are lab-made or synthetic. Each crystal is selected for its authenticity, ensuring that what you receive is genuine.

Where do you source your crystals from?

We work with trusted suppliers who specialise in natural minerals from around the world. Each crystal is carefully reviewed before it becomes part of our collection, so you can shop with confidence knowing it is genuine and responsibly obtained.

Do you offer live sales or open boxes?

At this time, we don’t host live sales or open box events. These may be offered in the future as our crystal circle grows. If you’d like to be the first to know when they become available, sign up for our email list. We share all upcoming offerings and special events there.

How much is shipping within Australia?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your crystals are chosen and prepared, we pack them with care within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within Australia, though this may vary by region. Each parcel carries its own timing, but rest assured your crystals are on their way with intention.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. For times when waiting feels too long, express shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional cost. These parcels are prioritised, helping your crystals reach you more swiftly, ready to align with your energy without delay.

Can you combine multiple orders into one shipment?

If you place more than one order and they haven’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to combine them into a single package. This helps reduce shipping costs and packaging. If you’d like your orders merged, please contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Our focus is on making sure every order arrives safely and with care. If further international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll announce it through our email list. You’re welcome to sign up so you’ll be the first to know about all upcoming offerings and special events.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Orders over $300 are fully insured at no extra cost, ensuring your treasures arrive safely. For orders under $300, optional insurance is available at checkout, offering added peace of mind as your crystals make their way to you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on making sure every order arrives safely and with care. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll announce it through our email list — you’re welcome to sign up so you’ll be the first to know.

Orders

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges, as each crystal is unique and cannot be restocked once purchased. Please choose with intention, knowing your selection will be yours to keep. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order is already packed with care and a touch of magick, but if you’re sending a gift, we also offer a special gift-wrapping option. This includes thoughtful wrapping and a handwritten card, adding an extra layer of intention to your present. You can add this to your order at checkout when available.

Can I preorder or reserve a crystal I love?

Because many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind, we’re not able to hold or reserve items ahead of purchase. Once a piece is listed, it’s available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you miss out on something special, we encourage you to join our email list. We share new arrivals and restocks there so you’ll be among the first to know when new treasures appear.

Can I update my order after it’s placed?

If you’d like to add extra items to an order that’s already been placed, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it ships, though once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once a parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — all purchases are final.
